I'm just 37 going on 37

For my birthday weekend, I:

• Am in San Francisco
  
• Actually fell asleep Friday night even with Dan and Chad in the same room going bonkers with GarageBand (which almost makes me want to pony up the extra dough and buy a Mac - almost)
  
• Missed Cement Brunette as a cracked-out whore due to said sleeping (I know, CB, shitty excuse, but honest) :(
  
• Received frequent urging to move to San Francisco post-haste.
• Was offered an affordable roommate opportunity in the heart of the Castro starting January ’07
• Acquired Two consecutive mild-but-annoying hangovers.
• Received random kisses… I think?
• Got to join Dan and Jimmi in a podcast
• Received one present two months early: back in August, Rey and Daryl did some simple math to reveal that I was a year younger than I thought I was! Only now is it true that I’m 37. Evidently I didn't need to know how to do arithmatic to get a PhD. But I'll take it - it's kinda like getting an unexpected tax refund. Weeeeeeeee!
• Had another number make my day: 33
• At some point when I wasn't looking, broke 30,000 unique visits (not just pageloads). Is that possible? Cool!
• Am not looking forward to leaving tomorrow - but I'll survive.
